Your Role:

As the Student Development Coach, you’ll be at the heart of the University Centre, supporting students before, during and after their studies to stay engaged, build confidence and succeed. You’ll work alongside students, schools, community and industry to bring programs to life, build meaningful partnerships and create real pathways for local people to access and thrive in tertiary education.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • A university degree (ideally in Education, Arts, Social/Behavioural Sciences or a similar field)
  • Lived experience studying online (highly regarded)
  • A strong understanding of and connection to the Tablelands-Mareeba region
