About the position
Do you love the outdoors and have an interest in horticulture? While studying a Certificate III in Parks & Gardens you will develop on the job practical skills to control weeds, plant pests, diseases and disorders, identify plants and determine appropriate treatment options and safely operate and maintain machinery and equipment. This position includes structured on-the-job training to build skills and confidence in parks & gardens processes. The Apprentice will work under supervision and progressively assume greater responsibilities as experience is gained. The Apprentice is issued with allocated time and resources to complete study requirements for the successful attainment of a Certificate III Parks & Gardens.

- Ability to work successfully within a small team environment.
