Youth Support Practitioners – Social Workers, Youth Workers, Human Services
Vocational Partnerships Group
About the position
VPG is expanding our youth services. We are currently seeking passionate and capable people to join our team across a number of youth and wellbeing roles.
VPGs Youth Support Services provide direct case management and early intervention support to young people, helping them to build resilience and capabilities, strengthen connections for community and navigate pathways. Working alongside young people, families, schools and community organisations, we focus on creating opportunities, building capabilities and supporting young people to achieve positive outcomes in their lives.
Young people come from all walks of life and so do we. Our values and Advantaged Thinking approach underpin everything we do. They guide our behaviour and foster a work environment that is supportive, inclusive, responsible and fun. While qualifications and experience are important, alignment with our approach and values is just as important.
