About the position
- Base salary package from $38.42 per hour

Who we are looking for
The success candidates will demonstrate:
- Demonstrated experience in operational, manual handling, or public-facing roles, including safe work practices, following procedures, and working effectively within a team environment.
- Ability to provide effective customer service in a front-line setting, including managing difficult, noncompliant, or distressed customers in a professional manner and escalating issues appropriately.
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace health and safety, including identifying hazards, following safe systems of work, and actively contributing to a safe team-based work environment.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in delivering operational services, including communicating clearly, supporting colleagues, and contributing to coordinated site operations.
- Demonstrated ability to accurately undertake operational and administrative tasks, including waste acceptance processes and compliance with procedures as required.
