About the position
The Role:
- Supervise and mentor vulnerable young people
- Lead two trainee groups of four over two 22-week periods
- Manage on-ground projects
- Help maintain Atherton Forest Mountain Bike Park
- Coach for sustainable employment

- Stays positive in demanding conditions
- Is interested in MTB and trail maintenance
